Refund Policy and Retreat Conditions
1. Retreat Confirmation
The retreat will be confirmed on October 3, 2025.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached before this date, the retreat will be canceled by the organization.
In that case, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued to each participant within a maximum of 10 days.
2. Cancellations by the Participant
Until October 3, 2025 (inclusive) → full refund of the amount paid, minus payment gateway fees (Stripe or bank transfer).
From October 4 to December 1, 2025 → refund of 50% of the amount paid.
From December 2, 2025 onwards → no refunds will be issued, as by this stage accommodation, logistics, and catering costs will already be committed.
3. Cancellations by the Organization
In case of force majeure (impossibility of holding the event due to external causes, legal restrictions, etc.), the organization commits to refunding 100% of the amount paid.
Personal expenses (transport, flights, travel insurance, etc.) will not be covered, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are coming from outside the Canary Islands.
4. Transfer of Reservation
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person, provided that you inform us at least 7 days in advance.
The new participant must meet the logistical requirements of the chosen accommodation type (Shared, Double, Private, etc.).
