Retreat Confirmation<\/h2><p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"246\">The retreat will be confirmed on <strong data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"243\">October 3, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"370\">If the minimum number of participants is not reached before this date, the retreat will be canceled by the organization.<\/p><p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"489\">In that case, a <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"423\">full refund of all amounts paid<\/strong> will be issued to each participant within a maximum of 10 days.<\/p><hr data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"494\" \/><h2 data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"536\">2. Cancellations by the Participant<\/h2><ul data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"906\"><li data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"667\"><p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"667\"><strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"577\">Until October 3, 2025 (inclusive)<\/strong> \u2192 full refund of the amount paid, minus payment gateway fees (Stripe or bank transfer).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"750\"><p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"750\"><strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"708\">From October 4 to December 1, 2025<\/strong> \u2192 refund of <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"728\">50%<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"906\"><p data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"906\"><strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"786\">From December 2, 2025 onwards<\/strong> \u2192 no refunds will be issued, as by this stage accommodation, logistics, and catering costs will already be committed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"911\" \/><h2 data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"954\">3. Cancellations by the Organization<\/h2><p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1140\">In case of <strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"984\">force majeure<\/strong> (impossibility of holding the event due to external causes, legal restrictions, etc.), the organization commits to refunding <strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1137\">100% of the amount paid<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1326\">Personal expenses (transport, flights, travel insurance, etc.) will not be covered, so we recommend purchasing <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1273\">travel insurance<\/strong> if you are coming from outside the Canary Islands.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1331\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1364\">4. Transfer of Reservation<\/h2><p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1506\">If you are unable to attend, you may <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1443\">transfer your spot to another person<\/strong>, provided that you inform us at least <strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1503\">7 days in advance<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1633\">The new participant must meet the logistical requirements of the chosen accommodation type (Shared, Double, Private, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refund Policy and Retreat Conditions 1.
